Latest update to Forza Motorsport introduced a harmless but interesting bug to the sport's photo mode that essentially lets you move freely around your own home area.
Activating the bug requires little or no effort because it simply appears if you attempt to take a photograph of your current automotive on the house screen. Just select Car View and Photo Mode from the highest menu of the sport and you’ll be able to move around freely.
You are usually not even limited by partitions, through which you’ll walk straight through and explore the world outside the constructing – although the range is proscribed and the chances of adjusting the peak even outside are usually not great – and you’ll be able to often only look into the world of a three-car garage.
Nothing major here, nevertheless it's price noting how much of the local environment has been modeled and the way far-off it’s – even things that aren't directly within the line of sight of the mode's normal operation.
You'll quickly discover a dark moat of nothingness across the primary constructing (which bears the otherwise unnoticeable “Prorata” logo), which is obscured from normal view by the partitions outside the power, but beyond which there are quite a couple of buildings, signs, and vehicles.
An interesting note we discovered is an intersection outside a constructing that has each an English “stop” sign and a French “cedez le crossing” (or “give way”) sign on opposite sides. This suggests that the garage inspired by the actual location is in Canadian territory, where bilingual road signs exist, or somewhere in New England, similar to Vermont. Although the setting definitely doesn't match that!
The interior of the garage can also be quite ornately modeled, with displays, posters, tool racks, sticky notes, several low-resolution Polaroid photos taped to varied surfaces, and even a chalkboard.
Forza fans shall be accustomed to Torben Ellert's board from various trailers for Forza Horizon titles, but there doesn't appear to be much information on the topic; This can be an incredible option to tease the following update!
Although it's confined to a reasonably small area and most of what's behind the garage is empty space, we're sure there's plenty more to find. It's also quite likely that Turn 10 will fix the bug much sooner, but because it's not particularly problematic, you might wish to wait until Update 15 to analyze.
Thanks to Nacho Libre who pointed this out on our forums!
