New week Gran Turismo 7 Weekly challenges are coming, featuring a brand new set of 5 races to finish over seven days to earn additional rewards.
Includes a brief, curated playlist of events, weekly challenges in GT7 are primarily from races that will be present in the World Circuits area – with a everlasting slot for an extra “Special Event” race created specifically for that week. Completing races through the week will earn you extra rewards, increasing the more you complete.
This week's set is an interesting one which doesn't really require or need any sort of racing automobile. In fact, 4 of the five events completely prohibit it – aside from the Special Event.
We start with a race for a really small win within the Sunday Cup Classic on the short track of the Autodrome Lago Maggiore Center. It's only a two-lap race where you should use any road automobile to get a prize of 5,000 kr. If you're up for a challenge, grab a Tomahawk S, Ferrari or Skoda Vision GT and see for those who can lap the sphere!
There's also not quite a lot of money for the European Clubman Cup 600 in Alsace Village. It is a three-lap race for any road automobile from a European manufacturer, with a prize of just 25,000 kr to win.
A more solid reward is on the market on the Evolution Meeting event in Monza, although you might have to unlock this event for those who haven't already. You can select any real road automobile from the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution stable (which implies no sneaking right into a Gr.B road automobile), in any condition, to race, and winning the four-lap race shall be price 70,000 kr.
The only race on a non-European circuit this week shall be the American Clubman Cup 700 – but you won't be visiting the US. Mount Panorama hosts this five-lap race for any road automobile or “professionally tuned” automobile (which incorporates several SEMA award-winning models). By winning, you’ll receive 94,000 kr.
This leaves our Special Event, which has virtually no restrictions. This is the third, and we presume final, appearance of the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, which brings together a spread of modified road cars (and an Alfa Romeo 155 touring automobile) in DTM-style livery for a six-lap race across the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. There's 150,000cr up for grabs, which is pretty average by way of the speed at which you earn credits, unless you're smurfing in a Tomahawk X or similar…
There is a mixture of prizes available this week, including credit prizes (in the shape of redeemable tickets; don't forget to redeem them) price 100,000 cr for completing one race and 200,000 cr for completing any three. Clear your entire set and also you'll get a six-star roulette ticket that may earn you 500,000 cr or 1,000,000 cr, or any Brand Central automobile (including Invitation cars) price 500,000 cr or more.
To access the weekly challenges, you should complete the GT Cafe Menu Book 39 and watch the ultimate video. Events are updated at midnight local time on Thursday evenings/Friday mornings, so we expect the subsequent set within the morning of Friday, November 22.
